Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dear Doctor – Naturopathy Healthcare, we strive to offer flexibility and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the guidelines for appointment cancellations, refunds, and related matters for our services.


1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No cancellation fee will be charged, and you may reschedule the appointment at your convenience.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A cancellation fee may apply, which will be deducted from any prepayment or charged separately. The fee is [Insert Fee Amount] unless otherwise stated.
  • No-shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply, and any prepayments made will be non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy for Services

Our refund policy is designed to offer fairness while ensuring the best use of our time and resources:

  • Refunds for unused services: If you have prepaid for services that you no longer wish to use, you may request a refund for the unused portion. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for cancellation.
  • Services already rendered: No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered, including consultations, treatments, and therapy sessions.
  • Package services: If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, you may cancel and request a refund for any unused sessions, provided the cancellation is made before the expiry date of the package. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions.

3. Refund Policy for Products

At Dear Doctor, we also offer products for holistic health and well-being. Our product refund policy is as follows:

  • Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Unopened products: If you wish to return an unopened product, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be issued once the product is returned in its original condition. Shipping costs for the return may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Opened products: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for opened or used products unless they are defective.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your request is approved. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking or purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
